The PGA of America - Membership Services requires a Background Screening Report on prospective members as a condition of membership. It has contracted with Employment Screening Associates (ESA) to produce this report in accordance with federal law. ESA has procedures in place to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your data.

We need your help.

ESA needs you to enter information at its secure Web site in order to begin the background check.

This is what you need to do to provide the information requested by The PGA of America - Membership Services for your Background Screening Report:

 Have available the kind of information normally requested on a background check, such as:

•             Social Security Number

•             Date of Birth

•             7 Year Address History

The experts at ESA are available to consult with you about your background screening report. As previously stated, there is a one-time charge of $58.99* to the prospective member.  This charge will occur during the submission of the background check request. Please contact our ESA representative regarding the online submission process or any other questions related to the PGA background check process:

* If you live or have previously lived in New York within the past 7 years, there will be an additional $98.00 fee. ESA will reach out to you if this fee is needed.
